16 reasons Barack Obama should never be president
There are millions of Americans supporting Barack Obama for the presidency. They like his repetitive promise of change, they enjoy his oratory and they buy into his platform. Some may even be swayed by this Arab/African/Caucasian inheritance. His promise to change American politics, Washington and traditional America have reverberated through newspapers, television programs, magazines, radio and the blogosphere from coast to coast.
I am here, at this moment, to tell you why Barack Obama should never be sitting in the Oval Office. I may use some arguments you have heard, but I also may tell you some things you did not know. You may be voting for him because you like his rhetoric or you may be voting for him because you like his message. Whatever the reason, you owe it to yourself, and millions of other Americans to consider this information.
Some of the early doubts people who love this country had about Obama began with his reluctance to place his hand over his heart during the National Anthem. (here) Others questioned his objection to wearing the American flag on his lapel. These early issues occurred during the primaries and only aroused the attention of those who believe a candidate for president should display some love of country.
In Obama’s rambling book, Dreams From My father, he never mentions a love of country or even a hint of an appreciation of the United States. But, he wants to be president of the United States?
You might not care if a candidate for president refuses some traditional, symbolic displays of patriotism. You may even prefer Obama for this very reason. Even if these acts go to the very core of Barack Obama, you may not be swayed from voting for him.
